PXZT Ceramic raschig ring and ceramic rings are the first developed random packing. It is simple shape, same size for the outside diameter and the height. Raschig ring of big size (above 100mm) generally adopt the regular fill way, small size less than 90mm generally fill random. Ceramic raschig ring has excellent property of heat resistant and acid resistant. It can resist various corrosion of inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvent,except for the hydrofluoric acid. It also can be used in various high temperature occasions. It can be widely used for drying tower, absorption tower, cooling tower, and regeneration tower of chemical industry, metallurgy, coal gas, oxygen and other industries.

Application:

It's used in commercial fractional distillation towers to reduce pressure loss (versus using trays), while maintaining good efficiency and economy. Typically the change in pressure (also called "delta p") is lower than in the case of trays but slightly higher than for structured packing. With the characters of high mechanical strength, high chemical stability, and excellent heat endurance, Ceramic Raschig Ring can resist high temperature, acid (except HF), alkali, salt and various organic solvents.
